ASA will not take place in any negotiations between any parties placed in contact with each other by using this system.
ASA may withdraw a request for a locum from the website without providing a reason. A Refund will be provided in such cases on a pro-rata basis taking into account the duration the request had been active.
All requests for a locum will have a currency of 30 days. After this time they will be deleted from the system unless the user wishes to extend the duration of request. This will incur a cost for non-ASA members.
A warning message will be sent 10 days prior to termination
