Anatomy and Ultrasound for Peripheral Nerve Blockade

The Anatomy Workshop will be held on Friday 3 October at the Gross Anatomy Facility, Otto Hirschfeld Building, University of Queensland in St Lucia, Brisbane
 
This is a one day hands-on practical course providing anaesthetists and trainees with the opportunity to learn new skills and theoretical knowledge to enhance their practice of regional anaesthesia. Workstations are conducted in small groups, limited to 6, to allow adequate time for practice at each workstation.
Practical sessions include
  1. Head, neck and eye block
  2. Tap blocks
  3. Lumbar, thoracic and paravertebral
  4. Sciatic and lower limb
  5. Upper limb
  6. Needling and ultrasound
